Acceptance of Terms The public use of this web site, sale of product and use of services are governed by the following Terms and Conditions. By using all or any part of the Crystalworks web site, you agree to and are bound by all of the terms set forth. Please take a few minutes to review.
Your Account When you create an account with us, you facilitate future checkouts and will allow us to periodically alert you about launches, special features, and sales. Crystalworks is committed to your privacy and will never share your information with anyone except with our shipping partners to deliver your purchases. We ask you kindly not to share your login information with anyone as you are wholly responsible for the activity on your account.
Methods of Payment Crystalworks online store accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal for purchased up to $6000.00. For purchases over $6000.00 we respectfully request money order, cashier’s checks or wire transfer. Please contact us directly for wire transfer information. folks@crystalworks.ca
Security All our Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal transactions are processed using the industry standard encryption to ensure your payment information is secure.
Inventory We do our best to keep our website inventory up to date. If you order an item that is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as we become aware of the error. You will then have the option to cancel your order or wait until we can provide an appropriate replacement item.
Currency All orders are processed in CDN funds. Crystalworks is not responsible for any extra fees your credit card may charge above and beyond exchange rates.
Shipping Shipping and insurance are charged separately. (quotes by certified carriers will be provided). If you wish to purchase an item that requires a rush delivery, please contact us at (604)732-3870 and we will do our best to get your purchased item shipped on the same day of transaction.
Customs and Duty International orders are often subject to local taxes, importation duties and brokerage fees not included in our prices and shipping. Please be informed of potential added costs due to locally applied and enforced governmental regulation and/or fees.
Return, Exchange, Refund We want you to love your purchases! If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately.
Natural minerals have veils, growth planes, inclusions, wisps, rainbows, variation of colour and other internal features that add to their beauty and authenticity. The only mineral without any internal features will be labeled “flawless”.
We will accept items for exchange or credit within two weeks of the date of purchase. Items being returned or exchanged must be packaged in the same manner and in the same condition as when it was received.
You are responsible for the cost of return packing, shipping and insurance. Please insure your item(s) for full value. Crystalworks is not responsible for items that fail to arrive.
Returns for refund will only be accepted within one week of receipt of items. Items being returned for refund must be received in the same condition as when they were sent. Please contact us immediately if you intend to return an item for refund.
For all refunds, exchanges, or credits, we will charge a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refunded price. If the original payment was by credit card, the refund will be processed on the same card. If the payment was by wire transfer, cashier’s check or money order, the payment will be refunded with a company check from Crystalworks.
Jewellery that has been sized to suit and custom made commissioned jewellery is not returnable or refundable.
Damaged Goods If there has been damage in shipping, please let us know immediately. If the packaging has been damaged be sure to open the parcel in front of the delivery person so paper work can be handled on the spot. Save all the packaging and the damaged box, as well as any paperwork.
When you ship the item back to us, repack it in its original container and place that container in a larger sturdy box, with packing material, (crumpled news paper, Styrofoam chips or peanuts etc.) so that the damaged box is held tightly in place.) Be sure to include any paper work, custom forms, shipping forms, damage report forms etc. Refunds will be processed immediately after the claim with the carrier has been settled.
Rules and Conduct All information, images, video and content on the Crystalworks website are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use is prohibited. By using this website you've agreed to abide by local, provincial, state, national and international laws and regulations.
Disputes and Governing Law The Crystalworks Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Province of British Columbia. All disputes arising from the use of the Crystalworks website and/or this agreement

Client Privacy Crystalworks sincerely values your business and also respects your right to privacy. We want you to feel secure about any private information you share with us. We strictly adhere to this Privacy Statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to the protection of individual privacy.
For the purposes of this Statement, personal information means information that is personally identifiable to individuals. The term non-identifiable information means information that cannot be associated with or traced back to specific individuals with any certainty.
How and when Crystalworks collects personal information: Crystalworks collects personal information from individuals on a voluntary basis through surveys, contests, registration, questionnaires, applications and transactions, both online and offline. The personal information includes name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, birth date, demographic information, and transaction-related information.
Use of personal information by Crystalworks: Crystalworks uses personal information that it collects for the following:
- To communicate with our customer.
- To understand our customer's needs.
- To promote and offer products, services and special offers that meet our customer's needs or that might be of interest to our customer based on information provided.
- To provide our customer with products or services that have been requested or is part of Crystalworks’ ongoing service.
- To conduct, process and complete transactions with Crystalworks customers.
Disclosure of personal information by Crystalworks: Crystalworks does not sell, rent or trade personal information gathered from our customers. Crystalworks will not knowingly disclose personal information to any third parties except in the following circumstances:
- When Crystalworks receives consent to do so or under limited circumstances specifically described at such time as personal information is collected specifically by the customer
- When Crystalworks, in good faith, believes the law permits or requires such disclosure.

Personal information is stored in confidential databases and locations in Vancouver, BC, Canada. These sites have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under the care and control of Crystalworks. Any information transmitted via the Internet, however, may be intercepted by third parties. Crystalworks does not assume any liability for interception, alteration or misuse of information transmitted over the Internet. Crystalworks employees are restricted from using and disclosing personal information collected by Crystalworks other than in accordance with this Statement.
